Joe began his contracting career as the co-owner of a local painting company. In 2015, Joe transitioned out of the painting world and founded Mazzeo Contracting, which has since renovated hundreds of homes across the region. In 2019 Joe felt called to expand the business into a comprehensive real estate company, and Restored Investments was born. Joe and his wife Juliann have three children; Isaac, Joseph, and Bella. Joe has served in many important roles at his church and also coaches college soccer.

Kendal graduated from Houghton College and worked for the next six years as a teacher and missions worker in Asia. After returning to the US in 2014, Kendal started working side jobs for Joe at Mazzeo Contracting where he grew into into project supervising and quality control. With Restored Investments, he now oversees operations and contributes as a licensed realtor. Kendal and his wife Gabrielle have a son, Daniel, and daughter, Selah. Kendal enjoys skiing, playing soccer, and traveling.
Kendal StoltzfusDirector of Project Management 
Alex launched his sales career in college by selling apparel and performing business development work for a non-profit program. After graduating from Lancaster Bible College, he worked as Residential Painting Estimator. In 2020, Alex joined Restored Investments where he has advanced to Director of Operations. Alex and his wife Madeline have a son, Walker and a little sister named Willow.

Barry spent many years as a widely respected project manager in Lancaster County. He brought his valuable experience to Restored Investments in early 2022, serving as a mentor and supervisor. Barry is married to his wife Sheri and is a Veteran of the US Navy. He enjoys serving in his church and spending time with his children and many grandchildren.
